The crowned meditating Buddha is seated in dhyanamudra on the coils of the serpent, Muchalinda, and protected by the seven hoods. The shape of the Buddha is elegant and his face has a strong, but happy expression with his smiling lips. The details are fine and the condition is excellent. It has a beautiful mainly dark patina.
